All analysis generated by Chartmatic is produced by an artificial intelligence model and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. AI analysis is not a substitute for professional financial advice.

4. Accounts
You must create an account to use Chartmatic. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at hello@chartmatic.ai.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may not create accounts for others, use another person’s account, or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
Chartmatic offers the following plans:
• Free Trial: 4 analyses at no cost, no credit card required. Free trial analyses do not reset or roll over.
• Founding Member: $12.99/month, 200 analyses per month. Available to the first 100 subscribers only. Price is locked for the lifetime of an active subscription. Founding Members who cancel may resubscribe at the Founding Member rate one time only. Subsequent resubscriptions are billed at the then-current Standard Pro rate.
• Standard Pro: $19.99/month, 150 analyses per month. Monthly analyses reset on the first of each calendar month and do not roll over.
• Analysis Bundle: $9.99 one-time purchase, 100 analyses that never expire. Bundle analyses are retained even if a subscription is cancelled and are drawn down before monthly plan analyses.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Chartmatic to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Chartmatic reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time with at least 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers. Notice will be provided by email to the address on your account. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice period. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
Founding Member pricing is exempt from standard price increases and is locked for the lifetime of an active Founding Member subscription.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account page or by contacting hello@chartmatic.ai. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your plan features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months or unused analyses.
Analysis Bundle purchases are non-refundable. Bundle analyses never expire and are retained on your account regardless of subscription status.
Chartmatic reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
7. Referral Program
Chartmatic offers a referral program that rewards users for referring new members. Referral codes are personal, non-transferable, and may not be sold or distributed commercially.
Rewards are issued as bonus analyses credited to your account. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account. Chartmatic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time.
Abuse of the referral program, including creating fake accounts or self-referral, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all referral rewards.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Chartmatic to:
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Circumvent usage limits through automation, scraping, or unauthorized API access
• Resell, redistribute, or commercialize analysis outputs without written permission
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
9. Intellectual Property
Chartmatic, its logo, visual design, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Chartmatic. All rights reserved. You may not use our branding or content without written permission.
Analysis outputs generated for your account are for your personal, non-commercial use only. If you provide feedback or suggestions, Chartmatic may implement them without compensation or credit.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chartmatic and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Chartmatic does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI analysis will be accurate or complete.
