1. Subscriptions
Chartmatic subscription plans (Founding Member and Standard Pro) are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account page or by contacting hello@chartmatic.ai.
Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to your plan features during this time. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods or unused analyses.
2. Analysis Bundles
Analysis Bundle purchases ($9.99 for 100 analyses) are non-refundable. Bundle analyses never expire and remain on your account indefinitely, even if your subscription is cancelled. They will be available whenever you return to the platform.
3. Free Trial
The free trial includes 4 analyses at no cost with no credit card required. Free trial analyses do not reset or carry over to a paid plan.
4. Founding Member Resubscription
Founding Members who cancel their subscription are eligible to resubscribe at the Founding Member rate ($12.99/month) one time. This one-time resubscription right is non-transferable. Subsequent subscriptions after exercising this right will be billed at the then-current Standard Pro rate.
5. Exceptions
Chartmatic reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as significant technical failures that prevented access to the Service for an extended period.
